Studio Shoot - Assistant Director

My role includes:

- Breaking down the script into a shot-by-shot storyboard 

- Creating Call Sheets for the shoot days 

- Organising transport for actors 

- Organising make-up for actors

- Organising actors on set

- Creating a schedule for the shoots including how long each scene will take to set up and shoot, breaks and lunch

- Keeping everyone on schedule during the shoot days 

- Aiding the director in any way to give them clarity to focus on their job

Not sure who has been allocated with casting but usually it is the directors

Casting directors

- Selecting actors for the parts

- Organising auditions 

- Discussing fees

- Creating contracts
