Biohacking

I wanted to look into biohacking as this is a prime example of human and digital merging (even if it is a bit extreme) and found a lot of really interesting tech which can be implanted for different uses. One of these biohacks which I found to be the most interesting was The Eyeborg Project which filmmaker Rob Spence teamed up with eye specialists to be able to create a camera housed in and electronic eye casing, taking POV filming to a new level. The results are very striking but the idea is incredibly fascinating.

This idea of capturing what you see is incredible and I have always thought about how amazing it would be to capture things which you couldn't get as you weren't quick enough to get your camera out. I would like to try POV shooting but not at this extreme length. Perhaps I could include some POV shots within my video element.

I really like this idea of if everyone had a cyborg eye what would happen if you could hack into someones eye system, what could you program in to show them instead. It's kind of scary to think about but this type of tech could allow for a variety of different things. I like the idea of a implant chip that could alter what you see.
